Banal. Humdrum. Such is the stuff of Life sometimes, in those moments when we find ourselves becoming increasingly mired in the mundanity of our day-to-day. Societal obligations of work, mortgages, budgets or bills can have a way of threatening to swamp our creative spirits, therefore it's a happy thing indeed we all have at least one guaranteed effective escape -- the power of our own minds. With a little help from our imaginations, and a wee bit of vision, a small retreat from the tedium of the "same old, same old" can become something affordable and possible for all. A good fantasy transports us away from the weary worries of our modern world, if only for a little while (and if only in our heads).....:
